As of July 21, 2023, there has been a change to the login process when accessing the ESMS Staging site. When you navigate to the site, you will see a login screen like the following image:

If you have an existing Azure account:

• You can log in by selecting the Azure button, and you will be automatically redirected to the ESMS home page. The account may be locked at this stage. If so, please contact SMS Support to unlock your account.

If you do not have an existing Azure account:

• Select the EAMS-A (Enterprise Access Management Service-Army) button to create a new user account. Click “PKI Login” once you are directed to the EAMS website and complete the form on the following page.

Note: You can create a new user account even if you do not have a CAC. If you do not have a CAC, you will need to select “Create Account”. Here, you will need a sponsor for your organizational manager to complete the new user account process.
