Bug Fixes

Assess

• Large .jpg and .tif image files for assessments with a default maximum size of 100 MB now upload and save successfully.

Documents

• On the “Documents” tab, typing now filters tag options. After selecting a tag, the “Tag Adder” field stays blank until the user starts typing another tag.

Home

• When a session times out, users are now redirected to the E-SMS login page.

• A tooltip now appears when a user hovers over the “Announcements” button.

Inventory

• Asset search results for all selected domains now appear on the “Search Assets” page.

• The “Edit Attributes” popup now features selectable checkboxes to simplify editing.

• All group detail pages now retain the group’s original name when users cancel edits.

• The “Site” field now auto-populates the site name from the group detail page on the “Create Group” popup.

• Failed rollup notifications now appear in red.

• 100 is now the maximum Mission Dependency Index score for Assets.

• Site rollups now complete successfully.

• For component details, RSL and RDL metric values now display as 0 instead of “none.”

Permissions

• Users with Site Administrator permissions can now view and edit items on the Work page.

• Users with Site Administrator permissions can now view and edit items on the Documents page.

• Users with Inventory Create, Inventory Update, or Inventory Delete permissions can now successfully add sites and components.

• New site roles can now be created and saved successfully on the site permissions tab.

Work

• Fuel-specific data fields now save successfully for work items.  

• The “Work Analysis” page now successfully copies work items into the “Work Plan.”

• Work items are now created successfully on the “Work Plan” page.

Inventory

• The “Delete Group” popup now asks “Are you sure you want to delete this group?” to match other “Delete Item” prompts.

Inventory

• Users can now successfully navigate away from an inventory detail page when changes are pending.

• An “Expand Map” button now lets users toggle maps on the Site, Asset, and Component Search screens to a full-screen view or collapse them back to their original size.  

• Users now cannot set component measurement units that are incompatible with the specification’s unit of measurement. Unit conversions are also now performed during rollups.

• When creating assets and selecting “Computed,” the cost source field no longer reverts to “User-Entered.”

Work

• Selecting a work item from the Work Plan no longer collapses the “Work” section in the side navigation.
