Assess
“Last Assessed” and “Last Assessed CI” data for assessments now reverts to empty after the last assessment is deleted from an asset or component.
When importing sites to a Workspace, the assets for a site only appear if they are sustained by the parent organization.

Users can now delete site or asset associations from documents.
Inventory
Funding deletion error messages are now more detailed, listing error causes.
Dark Mode contrast has been increased for readability on Inventory Detail pages.

o Hide system-generated reports
o Disable reports with errors that require updating

o Tailor reports to specific domains/roles/teams/organizations for select users

Field App
Bug Fixes
Assess
Workspaces no longer display broken data from failed or aborted syncs from the Field App.
The “Confirm” button now functions when deleting an assessment or work item in the Field App.
Inventory
The “Validated” field now populates correctly when creating a work item on a component and syncing in the Field App.
Saves are successful after creating a section detail on a component, populating the “Model” field with a value and syncing.
Changes to Inventory search pages now appear immediately after saving.
New section details now appear for components after using the “Copy as New” feature in the Field App.
Long component names no longer overlap with the Field App’s function buttons.
Unique Item Identifiers (UIIs) no longer generate in the Field App when RPUIDs are null.
Users can now sort Component Search tables in the Field App after a sync without restarting.
Color coding added to Component Search tables now appears immediately after syncing in the Field App.
Users can now successfully create or navigate to an existing work item on Component Detail pages in the Field App.
Feature Updates & Improvements
Assess
Component Detail pages in the Field App now feature the following changes:
o The Asset name is removed from the top right
o The component name is centered and displayed in bold in the top navigation menu
o All metric data and identification data are now listed in tabs
o Asset Details and Custom Attribute tabs have been added
The Component Details screen now features the following changes in the Field App:
o Primary buttons (such as “Create Section Detail” and “Create Direct Rating”) are now accessed at the top of the screen
o “Add” buttons for child items are located next to the parent items (Ex. “Add Assessment” is placed by the “Assessments” button)
o The “Specification” label is now called “UNIFORMAT Classification”
o The “Last Inspection Date” and “Last Inspection Rating” fields have been combined into the “Last Inspection” field
o Components now include a read-only “Expected CI” field
The Field App now features a centralized Workspace Configuration System at the Organization level that lets users:
o Import and associate reference files (such as I&A Guides and the Army BUILDER Catalog)
o Select specific configurations during Workspace creation
o Access pre-merge validation reports that list all data that does not follow the rules of the configuration. (Merging is blocked unless all issues are resolved)
o Define a configuration’s component types using the master component catalog
o Filter all component selection dropdowns and search tools to show “In Scope” items
Users can now scan Unique Item Identifier (UII) barcodes with their device’s camera to navigate directly to section details or component entries.
The Field App’s top navigation buttons are now labeled for easier identification on tablets.
