Assess

• Creating a new workspace and adding an existing asset no longer causes search errors.

• Adding assets to a workspace by site now filters out read-only assets.

Inventory

• When a list of components has a filter applied to it, the list now resets when the filter is cleared and allows all entries to load.

• After opening an Inventory Search page and then selecting a “Select…Type” page, users can now click the “Select All” checkbox to unselect all choices. Filtering unselected items ensures they do not appear on the list.  

Reference Books

• After creating a new reference book, the full list of available reference books appears; the new reference can be automatically selected.

• In “Reference Books” > “Cost Modifiers,” the former “Create Modifier” tooltip is now called “Create Cost Modifier.”

Assess

• A filterable, searchable “Metric Type” column is now available on the “Assessments Search,” “Component Assessments,” and “Asset Assessments” pages.

• When creating an assessment, the “Assessment Template” dropdown displays templates associated with the inventory item’s category code.

• Entries in “Frequently Visited” and “Recently Visited” now persist in the Edge browser following a user logging out and logging back in. Deleted pages are no longer displayed.

• In the side navigation’s Domain selector, the “Apply Selected Domains” button is now sticky.

Inventory

• “Component Details” are now called “Section Details” as they were originally called in BUILDER. They can be found under a component detail page’s “Custom Attributes.”

Workspaces

• The Asset Selector for workspaces now features a Facility (FAC) Code filter and the option to filter by multiple fields at once.
