Reports

  • A component catalog dashboard which displays the component type, specifications, and classification tables is now available in Reports.

Assess

  • Images now upload as expected for all types of distress questions.  

Inventory

  • Faulty error messages regarding loading sustainment metrics on Site and Organization Detail pages have been resolved.

Feature Updates & Improvements

Permissions

  • Workplace Assessor and Reader are now available roles. Only Workspace Assessors can now add, delete, or edit assets. “Workspace” is now a permissions scope option.

Work

  • Work Analysis now contains a WELDER calculator so users may incorporate geographical risk into Work Analysis profiles.

Bug Fixes

Assess

  • “Add Distress” and “Edit Distress” popups for assessments now feature consistent styling.

  • Workspace assessments now create without throwing faulty errors.

Inventory

  • Rollup performance has been made consistent across organizations, sites, and assets.

  • The “Permissions” tab now displays as expected under “Inventory ˃ Organization.”

Work

  • Work item RPUIDs are now designated as “Read-Only.”

  • Repair costs are now capped at the replace cost value in Work Analysis.

  • Cost modifiers – including Area Cost Factors – now apply as expected with Work Analysis profiles.

Bug Fixes

Assess

  • A component’s “Condition Index” value for the current year now resets to 100 if the component was installed in the same year as the assessment.

  • Assessment dates now cannot predate component or asset installation dates, which was allow in previous versions.

  • Assessments now display the full four-digit years.

Catalog

  • Adding a new category code to an assessment template now leads to “Select Catcode” or “Select Binding” buttons instead of a “Select Asset” button.

  • The “Select Asset Type” function now appears as expected on catalog pages.

Home

  • Mislabeled locations in Frequently Visited and Recently Visited widgets on the Home page now display the correct location name.

  • The “Last Login” date on the “User Settings Hover Menu” now shows the last login as expected instead of the “Current Login.”

Inventory

  • “Associated Organizations” and “Associated Sites” are now called “Sustained Organizations” and “Sustained Sites” on inventory menus.

  • The “Select an Operation Status” dropdown is now revised as “Select an Operational Status” on the “Create Asset” and “Edit Asset” popups.

  • Users with Inventory Create/Update/Delete permissions can now add components as expected.

Projects

  • Projects no longer allow work items for multiple sites.

Reference Books

  • The “Edit Reference Book” tooltip now appears as expected on the “Service Life” and “Inflation” pages.

  • Adder entries now display as monetary values on cost modifiers.

  • A “Value” field is now featured on the “Add/Edit” fields for cost modifiers.

Work

  • Users may now deselect all domains selected in scope in the at the Work Analysis “Profile” tab.

  • Empty objective rules no longer crash “Work Analysis” profile runs.

Feature Updates & Improvements

Inventory

  • Text informing users when there are “No applicable cost modifiers” now matches the style of other pages on the site.

  • The “Delete Group” confirmation popup now includes specific language about what will be deleted.

  • The “Close” button is now listed as a “Cancel” button on warning popups for “Delete Item” screens.

Reference Books

  • Cost book entries now include a $ sign to display for dollar amounts.

Work

  • The “Comments” popup under Work > Projects now resembles other popups found on the site.
