Why is a section not creating a work item when I run a scenario?

Answer:

For a “Replacement” work item to be created when using scenarios, multiple criteria must be met.

1. The Remaining Service Life (RSL) has to be lower than the set Maximum RSL for replacement for that section.

2. The Section Condition Index (CI) has to be lower than the set Minimum CI for Repair.

3. The Work benefit must also outweigh the Repair Estimate.
