BUILDER Login Change

Starting on September 20^th, 2019 there has been a change to the login process when accessing BUILDER. When you navigate to the site, you will receive a pop-up message similar to the below images:

If you have a CAC:

• You will put in your credentials and it will take you to the login page.

If you do not have a CAC:

• You will hit cancel and it will take you to the login page.
• Users that mistype their pin or do not have a CAC, who try to enter something, will receive an "Oops something went wrong" webpage error.

Please note: If you get this Oops message, then prior to logging back in to BUILDER you will need to completely close down all tabs/instances of your browser. Just opening a new tab or refreshing the page will not work and you will continue to get the Oops message. 

Once you have logged into to BUILDER, you will not get pop-up again until you reopen a new browser or have an extended amount of inactivity.
