Question:

Why are the buildings I want to export to BRED not showing up in the facility list?

Answer:  

When buildings are exported to BRED, they are generally put in a locked state until the BRED file for those buildings is imported back in. If buildings are locked, they cannot be exported to another BRED file.

If you have locked the buildings, you can clear the locks.  Navigate to "Tools" in the top left of the BUILDER screen and click on  Unlock my Buildings in the  dropdown.   Depending on  your access level or BUILDER instance, you may not have this option in BUILDER.   Or, the buildings may have been checked out by another user.  In that case, contact SMSSupport@erdc.dren.mil to request that the locks  be "cleared".
