I am having trouble viewing the Maintenance & Repair plan results.
Answer:
The Maintenance & Repair or the "Work Plan" results can be viewed from the Work Planning module. Go to Work Plan, then click on the Site where you want to "Generate Items". Clicking on "Generate Items" will generate items for the current fiscal year.
