Question: Why do different FCI and BCI scores appear in the standard reports, custom reports, or interface?
Answer: BUILDER rollups occur nightly. Any Component-Section with changes to the Assessments or Inventory and Assessments will be rolled up. If different FCI or BCI ratings appear, the building may not have rolled up. Please wait for the BUILDER rollup process to run and complete overnight. If you require information for a single building immediately, please contact Support and they will roll up the building for you.
