Non-image files such as PDFs will prevent *all* images from exporting to BuilderRED or importing into BUILDER from BuilderRED. This is due to file size precautions: overlarge files can cause the export to fail. BUILDER can downsize (downsample) images for expedited export, but other file types can not be downsized.
